Birthday!

Yes! I'm a fresh 18 year old kid now!
Tomorrow I am going to get a free joint though I don't smoke and I could also get a free cocktail at our rock café. I'm not going to smoke that joint and I am not going to drink that cocktail haha, but it's cool.

Big party with nice bands in the evening but onfortuantly a big show at the dentist for me... very nice.

Sick vintage lamps!

I'm currently so dazzled about those oldie art lamps.
Lamps come in different sizes, colours and shapes. I always loved to have different materials at one subject. Like clothes or jewelry so why not on house things!

Lamps create such beautifull atmosphere, with there orange lights, it makes me cuddle up to my boy at the couch. We really need a new couch by the way. Ugh.

With my Canon AE1

Yes finally my first well made pictures of my Camera, first it was guessing if he worked and now he did! Then it was guessing if the pictures were ok.
From the 24 pictures, were 6 kind off succesfull. But for somebody who never laid her hands on such a camera i think it's very good! I think, over a year i'll be an expert at taking pictures!

I really love nudity

Rush

You will always forget something in the rush. And why does it always has to be something you really need?

Like today, I forgot my fountain pen because I lone them to everybody and now there just gone. Usually there already in my back. Also, I forgot my headphones so I can't listen to Owen Pallett.

Hey!

We went to a concert wednesday and it was so fucking nice, I didn't knew what to expect and so I thought it wouldn't be very loud as my boy decribed this band as kind of postrock...

But the paradiso site explained it as psycho noise rock and so it was, the mix of it all.

The violin makes it so soft but the bass was SO FUCKING LOUD! There was really a wall of 1000000000000000000 decibel. Is that a lot? I think so.

Magazine

Hey!

I'm making a magazine for school and I used an illustration of Marquerite Davis. I thought it was quite perfect to be used for a magazine cover.

The magazine has to be about me and my interests, so ofcourse I made a article about vintage, but also about pop art. You know, cutting out pictures out of fashion magazines and put them together like a collage.
But it's so stupid I can't choose my own titel, so I have to use, Me Myself And I. Oh gosh I really think it's facking lame, but alrighty we can't do nothing about that...

It's very simple but I don't want to make it look small time

Progress

Finally I've got my camera! It's a Canon AE1! It's just so nice! :D I promised you guys that I will make pictures soon but now it is finally happening and I am so excited.

Internet at the new home is coming slowly too unfortuantly because we had troubles with te wires. But now a smart man of computers will come and help us!
So then I can post more often things and ofcourse pictures!



We had terrible leekings in the house for example in the bathroom! And no I'm not talking about the shower hihi. But another smart man of bathrooms and stuff came along and fixed that. Well I think, I was in rush for school today so my boy stayed at home (He's sick) with the plummer! I hope he is doing well and I hope that the plummer went away long ago ;P


you are asking why this picture. I'm asking who do you think it is, my friend, my dad, the plummer or my grandma!?

My dad brought important mail to my grandma so I could pick it up there. There was an important mail between the junk, there was a code I needed to use to activate an account so I could ask an institution for schoolmoney. Well ehmm something like that. Everybody in Holland gets that when they get 18 years old. You only have to make a notice.
So in April I'll start to recieve some more money. My birthday is the 24th of Februar but I was to late with making a notice and that's nothing new for me hihi.

So as you can see I had a lot of progress and MAN I LOVE PROGRESS!
